Pouch Radio Remote Control

ARES 2 E

The ARES 2 E is an extremely compact transmitter designed for applications requiring a limited amount of digital and analogue functions operated by toggle switches, pushbuttons, rotary switches and potentiometers such as forestry winches, pumps and many other machinery.

ARES E puts great attention to the easiness of use, including the situations in which the operator wears gloves, thanks to the well dimensioned command actuators and their rational spacing. For the carrying, the housing is equipped with a robust belt-clip.

ARES E features a STOP command in category PLc/CAT2 (ISO 13849:1), SIL1 (IEC 62061) and it can be combined with any of receivers, for delivering on/off, proportional or CAN outputs according to the machine specifications.

ARE S housing have been designed to operate in the most demanding sectors as indicates the IP65 protection degree.

OPTIONALS

Remote Antenna

The flexibility of its external antenna with extension cable allows you to place it at the point of reception. This option will be of great help in overcoming any obstacles to the radio transmission between transmitter and receiver, so as to ensure maximum range and better communication in all conditions of use. The external antenna is supplied in combination with standard cables of different lengths (2.5 m - 5 m - 10 m).

Flash

Robust and effective blinking can be directly connected specially dedicated to the relay inside of all our units receivers.Once connected, the flashing light will turn on with the ignition and radio remain operational throughout the period of use to guarantee the communication between transmitter and receiver.

ATEX Box

Device group II. Device intended to be used in environments where there is a probability that explosive atmospheres; Level of protection: category 2. Intended use in environmentswhere there is a likelihood that explosive atmospheres caused by gases, vapors, mists or mixtures of air and dust; protection system potentially explosive gas and dust. The unit remains powered and operational in zones 1, 2 (G) and 21, 22 (D);Housing explosion-proof, temperature class 85 ° C; Totally protected against dust and powerful water jets (IP66) box set up with a cable gland 1 "IOS7/1RC and ¾" IOS7/1RC barrier for armored cables with specifications: Ex ATEX Exd ll2GD The C IP 66, Range 70 m without obstacles.

Configuring Multi-receiver and / or Multi-transmitter

The system MTRS allows each receiver to be able to recognize a maximum of 4 transmitters (series of receivers L and M) and 8 transmitters (series of receivers H), with which to operate one at a time, and each transmitter to operate with a up to 16 receivers simultaneously.

It's also possible, by the function of LOG-ON and LOG-OFF to trade receiver while maintaining control and security. This allows the sharing of equipment by multiple operators.

Start Under Control

With this option, you can activate only if you point the remote control toward the trasmittemte 'additional receiver units called iREADY.The transmission of the start signal takes place by means of an infrared beam in combination with the normal radio signal, in fact the transmitter with option iReady is equipped with two LEDs for infrared transmission.

This obliges the operator to perform the start at a certain distance and position relative to the machine, to avoid inadvertent and unwanted goodwill.Once you start, the normal commands work on radio.

Dynamic Speed Control

The new DSC further improves the accuracy of the proportional movements of cranes and concrete pumps. The operator can correct in real time the levels of the low speed acting on DSC + / - to optimize the response of the machine according to the conditions of the work session.

Tilt Sensor

The device defined "Tilt Sensor", consists of a card that has an accelerometer, which is managed directly by the remote controller, by reading two analog signals. The application for which it was designed requires the automatic shutdown of the transmitter when the transmitter pouch worn by more than an inclination to the horizontal axis of + / - 62 °.

The client can request the automatic shutdown of the remote control for other degrees of inclination up to a maximum of + / - 90 °, as the card has trimmer for calibration of analog outputs. The highest resolution and + / - 28 mV / ° C.
